What is Lean Lego Simulation Training?

The Lean Lego Simulation is an interactive, half-day training that introduces lean concepts through a fun, team-based Lego factory simulation. Participants practice real-world problem solving in a low-risk environment, making process improvements through trial and error.

In this class, teams will:

  • Simulate a production environment using Lego pieces

  • Practice lean tools like 5S, Standard Work, and One-Piece Flow

  • Build collaboration and ownership across departments

  • Experience continuous improvement in real-time

  • Leave with a better understanding of how lean applies to their daily work

How It Works

We bring the Lego factory to you—no prep needed.

Training Format:

  • Half-day onsite or nearby training facility

  • Ideal class size: 8–12 participants

  • 3 interactive simulation rounds

  • 2 short classroom learning sessions

  • Yellow Belt certification upon completion
