Frequently Asked Questions

  • We believe in co-creation and ownership. To achieve this, we strive to become part of your team. We work directly with team members both remotely and onsite. A weekly approach typically includes a continuous improvement meeting with each team. Support can then expand to one-on-one follow up as needed. Training and Kaizen events are scheduled in advance to ensure the dedicated support and focus needed. Response to needs is important to us. We stay connected to everyone each day with notifications on.

  • Most clients say, ‘I wish I would have started sooner’. Perceived reasons for waiting are related to many things. Waiting to finish an initiative is typically a concern with priorities. Starting now will not change the priorities. The sooner your continuous improvement system and support begins, the sooner each initiative is better managed and sustained. Some say ‘we’re too busy’. This typically means it will be much easier to identify wastes and provide relief that is needed now not later. Another reason might be ‘business is slow’. The good news is you will have more time and available management capacity now to accelerate improvements.

  • We keep it simple. Our blended team is available to you based on an agreed upon schedule and rate. We’re flexible and use our weekly alignment process to stay on track with the predetermined schedule. We can adjust the pace based on your weekly budget and business demands. Our training classes are ‘by session’ with a flexible range of attendees.

  • There are many moving parts to a healthy continuous improvement system. Typical starting points are making a plan, building your continuous improvement engine, training your people, or determining the resources and processes needed to sustain success along the way. We will meet you where you are, and work with you on the key priority building blocks based on your unique situation.
