The SOP repository, powered by Microsoft PowerApps, offers a centralized platform where all Standard Operating Procedures are stored. This repository simplifies access for employees, making it easier to locate, update, and follow procedures. Additionally, it allows businesses to track which SOPs have been audited and when, ensuring that procedures stay relevant and compliant across different teams and departments. 

The SOP Audit Program 

To ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed, we created an SOP audit program that randomly selects SOPs for auditing. This system supports multi-site functionality, meaning that SOPs from various locations are included in the audit process. Each audit is designed to be simple and effective, with pass/fail criteria, guaranteeing consistent quality control across all sites.
